Heeling House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with special needs through Animal-Assisted Interactions. Founded in 2013, we believe deeply in the transformative healing power of the human-animal bond.

We have witnessed firsthand how this bond changes lives—empowering developmentally delayed children to interact with their world, and providing young adults the confidence to engage with their community. Through our therapy and service dog programs, we help children reach their full potential.

Our Inaugural Heeling House 5K-nine event invites local companies and community members to support this mission. Whether competing for glory or enjoying a fun walk with a four-legged friend, participants help us raise vital funds to sustain our training programs and provide service dogs to local children.
