Group Puppy Obedience

This course is for puppies 6 months and under. The first six months of a puppy's life are crucial in their training.  This is when we lay the foundation for how they will react to their environment and the people within it. The focus of the course is to teach your puppy basic commands, good habits, and complete socialization.  The commands taught are: sit, down, stay, come and heel. Common puppy "issues" are also discussed in class, i.e. jumping, mouthing, crate training, potty training, etc. The method of training we will be using is positive reinforcement. Socialization is also a big focus of this course. The puppies will have the opportunity to socialize with other puppies as well as other people.

 

*** For those interested, we are now offering the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program. At the end of the  puppy course, if the puppy and owner qualify, they will be given the S.T.A.R. Puppy test.
Upon passing the test, the puppy will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Medal.

This is a seven week course.  The cost is $245 for the course.
